Your hello stays yours. We use your details to handle your enquiry. We won’t pass them to an insurance broker without asking you first. Launch updates are a separate, optional choice.
Who we are
HeyCover is operated by HEY WHAT'S NEXT PTY LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). We’re developing a business insurance introduction service for Australian small businesses. We haven’t appointed a broker partner and do not currently provide insurance advice, quotes or introductions.

What we collect
Our enquiry form asks for your email address and your agreement to us collecting your details and responding. You may also choose to provide your name, business name, phone number, business type and a message. Please don’t include sensitive personal information or documents.
We record when you submit your enquiry, the consent wording that applies, and whether you choose to receive launch updates. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we may record its source, medium and campaign name so we can understand which campaigns bring enquiries. We don’t save your full browsing history or the full page URL with your enquiry.
Our website provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and security signals to deliver the site and protect the enquiry form. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears to come from a person. How we use your information
- To receive, store and respond to your enquiry.
- To understand what small businesses want from HeyCover and develop the service.
- To send occasional HeyCover launch updates, only if you choose that option.
- To protect the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and meet legal obligations.
You can use the rest of the website without giving us your contact details. We need an email address and consent to accept an enquiry through the form.
Who can access it
Authorised people working on HeyCover can access enquiries for the purposes above. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, form security and database storage. Other service providers may process information on our behalf when needed to respond to you or send updates you requested.
We do not sell your enquiry details. We won’t share them with an insurance broker without first explaining the proposed introduction and asking for your permission. We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We use encrypted connections, access controls and form security checks to help protect them. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cloudflare operates internationally, so information may be processed or stored outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Our active enquiry database is configured to remove enquiries more than 180 days after submission through a daily cleanup. Service-provider backups and recovery copies may take longer to expire. Information needed to honour an opt-out or meet a legal obligation may be retained separately. You can contact us to request earlier deletion of your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this website. Cloudflare may process technical data or use security-related storage to provide and protect the site. The enquiry form does not save your contact details in your browser’s local storage.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or withdraw your permission for future contact. Email hey@heycover.com.au with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing information.
Launch updates are optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update or by emailing us. Opting out of launch updates does not stop us from responding to an enquiry you make.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as HeyCover develops. The date above shows the latest version. If we propose a new use or disclosure that needs your consent, we’ll ask for it.
